I just trudged through the whirlwind of several hundred unsorted pics from Chicago, the other bits of IL, and DC from the last month. I ended up grabbing 32 of my favorites to post up on my Flickr page for your casual perusal. Enjoy.
I think Wheat Water is my favorite. But you noted that Wheat Fence was shot without filters, gels, or photoshop. Do you normally use those things? I figured you used photoshop just for cropping, but perhaps there's more to it.
No matter how you slice it, they are fantastic photos. When I retire next year as a fabulously wealthy woman, I'm buyin' me a darkroom - and maybe I'll throw one in for you, too.

Where are you taking those "aerials" from?
PD: The aerials are from the penthouse balcony of the Chicago Hilton and Towers downtown (next to Columbia).
JZ: I usually don't use any of that fancy crap, but it looked so much like I did, that I figured I should write a clarification.
