Household Hieroglyph

I noticed this pictogram on the side of a box of dryer-sheets, and for the life of me, I can't decipher it.
Here are my best guesses:
A) DO NOT PLACE SEAGULL IN TEAKETTLE
B) THIS IS NOT AN ENCHANTED WISHING LAMP - DO NOT RUB FOR GENIE
C) NOT FOR USE WITH EUROPEAN A/C PLUG-IN ANAL STIMULATORS

Yeah, I figured it out as I was posting it, and just went forward with the post for the funny. I still contend that it's overly vague. HERE's my own pictogram that I sketched out in 30 seconds on a post-it note:

I think THAT is way more discernible.

Duh.
"Unscented."
Guess you don't buy maxi pads, ey?

That can't be right. I think it means, "Not for use on Russian domes with giant toilet tank floats nearby."
